1- Printing preparation operations including design and primary trial configuration and color sorting:

Printing technical preparation operations are started by a team of skilled designers who use computer and design technology according to modern international standards using fully equipped computer package . They are capable to perform new designs , modify the accuracy and regulation. Then samples are performed on special printers with accuracy of up to 95% of printing accuracy .Then preliminary carton prototypes are performed using sample production machine type KONGSBERG that forms the cases by laser heads with no need of cutting molds . al this work is performed in frame of planned procedure coordinated with other departments . After this phase high technology color sorting is effected starting from the computer to CTP directly from CD to CTP using AGFA machines.
