3- Production Operations:

After printing operations polishing process id performed either by thermal UV
Polishing and spot polishing or by merger of cellophane with printed cardboard sheets in several forms of finishing (bright , mat and grids ). Then merging phase starts by merger of two card boards or one cardboard with other zigzag sheets according thicknesses and technical specifications.

All these operations are performed using Lamina Swedish high technology and supreme production capacity machines that are featured with non-preceded quality. After that serration and cutting operations are performed during which boxes are formed using high technology and supreme quality Swiss BOBST machines by specially laser manufactured molds in addition to the modern cutters to prepare the printing sheets to match the special printing machines and molds. After that automatic adhesion process is effected either on one side line or on both sides CRUSH LOCKS BUTTON by Italian Grassi machines that use four or six point box adhesion techniques.
